Investor Project: High Quality Renovation and Successful Profit
This house was an absolute disaster when the investors walked us through the house. After hours of ironing out a layout, and tossing around ideas we provided our 3D design. This house originally was a 2 family dwelling, with a small suite and kitchenette upstairs. Downstairs there was a cut up kitchen, living room, bathroom, and mechanical room layout. Upstairs the kitchenette was removed and turned into the washer dryer room. We move several walls around to create a very large master suite bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs we removed several walls as well to open up the living room, and kitchen. We gutted the walls down to the studs and installed new drywall throughout the house, brand new front door and interior doors. We installed 5 1/4″ base and 3 1/4″ casing around the doors. The floor selection was a neutral hardwood throughout the whole house. We selected white shaker cabinets for the kitchen, with a granite counter top, and stainless steel appliances. All bathroom tops had granite installed on them as well. The living room was opened up to allow for a large area of living space, and also a dining area near the brand new slider. On the exterior, there was a brand new roof installed, along with brand new siding, brand new soffit and fascia boards, and new gutters. Every single window in the house was replaced. This house had extensive work done to it, but the end result made it worth it.
