Full House Renovation & Additions
Spruce Circle S was one of the roughest houses we’ve look at. There was absolutely nothing salvageable. Starting on the outside, we ripped off and replaced the roof, the windows, the exterior doors, the siding, soffit and fascias, and the gutters. We installed a new garage door, a new driveway, installed irrigation in the front yard, along with new sod. The fence also got replaced. This house was gutted to the studs. We rewired the whole house and installed a new panel. We put in recessed lighting in the kitchen and living room. We installed a brand new forced hot air system in the house. All the plumbing was ripped out and replaced. Downstairs we reconfigured several walls and installed a power beam to create the open concept. We relocated the kitchen from the middle of the house, to the back right, and moved the dining room over to the middle where the kitchen was. The coat closet was directly when you walked in, so we created a new one underneath the stairs to open up the foyer. We relocated the garage door right next to the front door from the washer dryer room. The location of the back slider and the kitchen window were swapped. After we framed everything out we started drywalling and installing the finishes. Flooring downstairs was hardwood, then front the stairs to the second floor was carpeted. The kitchen got white shaker cabinets with a quartz counter top. We put in stainless steel appliances. The half bathroom downstairs got new tiled floors, vanity, and granite tops of the vanity. We used 5 1/4″ base, and 3 1/4″ casing for trim throughout the house with shoe. Going up the stairs we installed a new oak railing on both sides. The upstairs full hall bath got a new 30″ vanity, tub surround, and tiled floors. The upstairs master bath got a new 36″ vanity, with tiled shower walls, tiled floor. We used brushed nickel on every fixture throughout the house. After completing this house the home owner was very please with how the project came out, and how quickly we finished it.
