Yes we have a B license with the H & N Custom Homes Registrar of Contractors. This enables us to do unlimited residential contracting. We also have the required bonds and insurance.
Yes we can do the design work, engineering and provide the permit. We can also work with your plans.
Yes we use sub-contractors on the larger jobs for specific trades such as framing, roofing, drywall, etc. All of our in-house crews are “do it all” type crews. They are reserved for the smaller jobs and do the prep for subs on the larger jobs.
