The planned renovation originally started out to be a two bathroom renovation but ended up much more. The planned renovation for the first bathroom was to raise and rebuild it with a glass enclosed shower with seat with side, add a new window, a new toilet, a new custom made vanity, add new tiles for the walls and floor, heat the bathroom floor, add a new silent fan and add a new mirror wall to ceiling behind the new vanity.
