We have always said: anything worth having is worth waiting for. This is definitely true with our master bedroom addition. Now that it’s finally done, we are ‘pleased as punch’ with the finished project! We realized our expectations for the time required for the completion of our project were unrealistic based upon the many home shows we have watched. The work crews were competent, polite, considerate and professional. They followed the specifications in the contract and made adjustments when we asked..
The owner of the company, managed his teams and followed up with his subcontractors. He assisted us in selecting paint colors, tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures, often meeting us in local showrooms. He had great taste with a mature and experienced design sense.
One of the subcontractors told us that Richard isn’t satisfied until the client is totally satisfied. We are very satisfied and will refer our friends to consider . We completed the project with a cost overrun of less suggesting that allowances
within the proposal were sufficient to select desired quality products.
