Patio Additions & Deck Enclosures
When you add livable square footage you virtually ensure a higher appraisal and resale value for your home.
Here, H & N Custom Homes an old, aluminum screen enclosure and added 400 square feet of heated and cooled living space to the home. As you can see in the pictures below, there are no step-downs or transitions from the existing structure to the new addition. The wood flooring is carried from the existing structure seamlessly into the new addition.
Also, like many older homes, this home was built with eight-foot ceilings. H & N Custom Homes was able to update the look and feel by building 12-foot vaulted ceilings and adding oversize windows. H & N Custom Homes also over-framed the existing roof to ensure that the new roof lines and higher ceilings conformed to the existing structure. The result: a warm and inviting den/family room featuring 12-foot. vaulted ceilings, oversize windows, crown molding, a fireplace with a brick hearth, custom bench seats, and exposed brick per the owner’s request.
Kitchen Remodel & Cabana
H & N Custom Homes remodeled this kitchen with a complete overhaul; removing the entire old kitchen down to the drywall and starting from scratch. A large cabana with open, high ceilings was also added, making this a large space to relax or host many family gatherings. Along with the cabana, Home Addition Tinton Falls Heights replaced the entire pool enclosure, as well as the pool pacers. Featured with the cabana, a beautiful paver walkway was added with planter beds enhancing the cabana area for an all-around beautiful space.
