In our residential jobs, we have a high degree of expertise in converting unfinished spaces like basements, attics, and additions. We are skilled with very complicated carpentry and repairs. We specialize in older homes and their challenges: plaster, knob and tube wiring, old windows, antiquated structural issues, and the like. Since 2011 we have successfully completed hundreds of jobs and can offer references on demand.
We also specialize in helping investors manage and complete repairs for investment properties, in addition to larger corporate projects.
In our commercial work, we offer everything from new construction, to apartment turnover, to large scale renovations to minor repairs. We work in private homes, condo complexes, office buildings, retail establishments and more.
We have a significant amount of experience working with all aspects of 203k loan projects, smoothly managing the project with the home buyer, bank, and HUD consultant.
