In order to best tailor the remodeling experience, we first begin our process with lots of active listening. This is a fun stage; we get a first look at the vision for the project. Clients often bring in pictures or share links to designs they like.
Realistic budgets are discussed and put as top priority. Then the design, scope, and work identification process begins. Our many years of design-building projects in this area ensure that we are proficient in bringing the most value for dollars spent on home remodels.

How Our System Works:
A Project Developer will respond to a first inquiry from a potential client and remain the clients’ primary contact through project completion.
Before the launch of a project, the scope of work is clearly identified in written specifications detailing all work to be accomplished. As the specifications develop, they are presented to our clients for their review and input. Once the specification and/or design is complete, a firm bid price will be presented.
A Lead Carpenter will be introduced to our clients at the start of their project. The Lead Carpenter is responsible for daily communication with the clients and for all construction activities in the home. Job safety is paramount at H & N Custom Homes, therefore, clean-up is very important to us, it happens daily.
The final level of quality assurance and craftsmanship comes as the Lead Carpenter and the Project Developer work closely with our office personnel, other skilled company workers and approved subcontractors.
