From Concept to Completion
From the initial meeting to the project’s completion, H & N Custom Homes will meet the owners’ expectations and goals with an emphasis on maximum results. Our past performance as Design-Builders has proven to owners that one stop shopping is efficient and economical. H & N Custom Homes contracts with a design team to produce a design that encompasses the owner’s needs and meets state and local permitting requirements. With the Design-Build format, a permit consultant is available to secure appropriate permits for the building needs.
We insist on the highest levels of technical proficiency from architects, engineers, designers, consultants and subcontractors in the partnering relationship. Open communication between all parties during the design process enables the Design Team to recognize opportunities to improve plans, enhance techniques and tighten timeframe.
