Design Remodel Services
It is your home, and you know what you need, so the remodeling and addition design process begins with YOU.
Several logical steps make both the process and the home fun. We:
• Listen: What are your needs? What do want to change? What do you wish to accomplish in your remodeling? What is your budget.
• Look: How do you live in your home? What is important to you? How can the spaces work better for your needs?
• Draw: We create preliminary sketches. You critique the sketches to make certain that the initial design ‘fits.’ Together we make adjustments.
• Design: We offer a design package which includes plans for your remodeled home and new additions, detailed construction specifications and a fixed price for construction.
• Build: Construction begins and the changes become a reality. The excitement is building…….
• Create: Happy customer enjoys their new space.
