• I will evaluate a lot you may be thinking of buying for it’s suitability for a house you have in mind and give you an approximate cost for developing a lot.
• I work with a design team (architect, engineer) and we can put together a custom design to fit your lot.
• We have numerous plans on file that may be what you are looking for and avoid the design process.
• I will work with your architect or designer in an advisory capacity to help control costs.
• If you have a preliminary plan in mind, I will work up a “ballpark price” (within 10%).
