Our projects include custom built homes, residential renovations of all sizes, and commercial fit ups. We work in the greater Mount Laurel area.
Our initial consultation is typically with you in your home. We listen to your wants and dreams and create a wish list of those needs which we organize into priorities. Next we formulate those ideas on paper in conceptual designs and sketches. After we meet to review these ideas we use your feedback to continue to modify your design and develop a personalized budget for your project. We also team with your architect or interior designer if you have already engaged with a design professional.
As we finalize the design process, we’ll have created a complete construction package with architectural drawings, specifications, and a schedule for the H & N Custom Homes team to begin construction.
There are many details in this process but our approach is simple.

• DEVELOP: architectural drawings, interior finish selections, and a fixed price contract
• DELIVER: our building team goes to work
Our general construction and field operations are based on a Lead Carpenter system. Your Lead will be designated to your project and will manage his team of employees, subcontractors, and vendors through a predictable construction period. We offer an engaging experience founded on trust, knowledge, craftsmanship, and a process that is schedule driven. We always strive to stay on top of your expectations throughout the project timeline.
We will finish the project with a substantial completion checklist to close out your building process. A standard one year post-construction visit ensures every detail remains as true as the day they were installed.
To minimize environmental impact during the home building and remodeling process we use high performance building envelopes, efficient heating systems, LED and compact florescent lighting, solar hot water and photovoltaic electric generation, job site recycling, and quality materials that stand the test of time.
