Or as we call it, “Partial Remodel” not only makes the space more attractive, but may also add value to the home or condo. For instance, if you’re looking to sell your home in the near future, adding stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and replacing the cabinets in your kitchen will often increase the chance of a sale and deliver a return on your investment.
Complete Remodeling
Design, Design and some more Design. New colors, new tiles, new floors, Island ,backsplash and more.. Usually when you want to change the layout of a room and re-configure the floor plan, for instance, you may decide to remove some walls and combine the kitchen with the living room to create an open concept kitchen layout. New and upgraded Plumbing and Electrical. We make this process easy for our customers!
Bathroom Renovation
Updating or installing new of bathtubs, showers, surrounds, tile, sinks, vanities, toilets, flooring and even towel bars. Some may refer to this as a bathroom upgrade. To renew a bathroom, one may gut the entire bathroom too. This makes it easier to start fresh with the upgrades and deal with any trouble spots. Electrical and Plumbing will be upted to code.
Bathroom Remodeling
This usually involves a different design layout, relocation of existing fixtures or adding major new features such as a whirlpool, sauna, steam room, walk in shower, windows other than replacements or skylights. Most bathroom remodeling projects usually include some form of expansion. Thus walls and closets are taken out and moved for the new layout design.
