Once we understand what your vision is we will explore all options to meet your needs and budget. Our team of designers can render a 3 Dimensional design to bring that vision to life. We then focus on your kitchen cabinetry and fixtures as well as any flooring, tiling, wall finishes and custom carpentry. We have many products and vendors to choose from. We will refer you to one of several of the kitchen showrooms in the Paramus area to find the best fixtures and styles that meet your needs. In order to ensure that the scope of your project is accurate, we will work closely with you to confirm that all pricing from our subcontractors is accurate before project commencement. We will continually communicate with you throughout the process in order to complete your remodeling project in a timely manner.

We will refer you to one of several bathroom remodeling showrooms in the area to find the best fixtures and styles that meet your needs. We have a team of multiple vendors whom we have worked with on a consistent basis. We will work closely with you to ensure that your new bathroom remodel is exactly what you are looking for down to the smallest detail. Basement Remodeling

Home Additions and Three Season Rooms
Home Additions and three season rooms are some of the largest home remodeling projects a homeowner can undertake. At H & N Custom Homes we take the guess work and stress out of the equation. Our process starts with a footprint, structural design and a detailed list of all design objectives. We then provide a 3 dimensional print so that our clients can see their vision come to life. Once the design and layout have been determined, we then work closely with the homeowner to determine what products and materials are best suited for your home. Our goal is to build a Paramus home addition or three season room that is exactly what you are looking for, down to the smallest detail.
Deck Builds
H & N Custom Homes brings the outdoors into your living space more than brand new deck remodel. At H & N Custom Homes we have designed and built hundreds of new decks and porches. At H & N Custom Homes we always start with a design layout determined by the homeowner. We offer unique features like shadow boxing, picture framing, herringbone, beveled boxes, stadium staircases, and hidden fastening systems. Once the design is created, we work with the homeowner to determine what materials are best for your project. This is particularly important because Paramus weather can certainly take its toll on your deck. We believe in building it to last the test of time. Most decks are currently built with a pressure treated base. We prefer to use kiln dried pressure treated materials to ensure minimal warping and accurate lines and levels. Pressure treated wood that is not kiln dried will dry over time and they tend to warp, crack and split. The decking boards and railing systems can be built from different types of materials such as composite decking, hardwood, pvc, and pressure treated wood. Whatever you decide to choose, we will work to provide you with a long lasting, uniquely designed Paramus deck.
Siding and Replacement Windows
H & N Custom Homes started as primarily a Siding, Replacement Windows, Decking and Roofing company. We have over 25 years of experience throughout the Paramus area installing vinyl siding and vinyl replacement windows. At H & N Custom Homes we offer products such as Harvey replacement windows, Mastic Siding, Anderson replacement and new construction windows, Pella windows, Cedar impressions vinyl siding, Hardie Plank Siding, and Cedar shake and clapboard. We are also EPA Lead Renovation Remodeler approved. We can provide a fresh new look to the exterior of your home.
Commercial Renovations
Paramus H & N Custom Homes, we will work closely with you, your architects and designers or we can provide our own to assist you in creating a unique design that fits all of your business needs. Whether a restaurant, office or retail location, it is our goal to create an inviting and functional space. We also provide custom designs, such as reception areas, bars and art niches to add that finishing touch. Commercial projects are larger and can be more time consuming.
