Our Service Descriptions
REMODELING
This is the primary function of our business. We design the space and build all, or most, of the elements that go into the space. We typically remove everything from the room and start from scratch. A complete remodel can take anywhere from 2-6 months depending on the extent of the work involved. We are completely skilled in making structural changes to walls and ceilings, as well as replacing doors and windows.
NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION
We typically work directly with the homeowner to provide the builder with necessary details for the project. This may include design work, cabinetry, and selection of materials and other elements involved.
MAKEOVER
This involves updating an existing home in which the cabinetry will remain, but may need some modifications. We can still remove walls, add lighting, update surface materials, change the color of the cabinets, and add some helpful accessories to the existing cabinets. A typical makeover can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks.
DESIGN ONLY
We will have you bring us dimensions and photographs of the space that needs to be designed. We will provide you with the floor plan, detailed elevations, and lighting and electrical plans. We will also assist you with material selections for the space. Once we have gathered all of the information from you, a preliminary design takes approximately 2-4 weeks.
HOURLY CONSULTATION
We offer an hourly consult here in our showroom to visit with you about your project. We will provide you with an unbiased opinion about any aspect of your project. No drawings are produced during the consultation. We can review your floor plans if you are building a new home, discuss pros and cons of materials you are considering, and help further assist you with any design needs.
