We feel the more we are able to communicate, the more informed and quality conscious the customer will be, which plays into our goal of delivering the highest quality home remodeling work.
However, please take note that our estimates are good faith estimates, in that they are only given to consumers who intend to use our service. At H & N Custom Homes we put a great deal of time and effort into our estimates in the hopes that our knowledge will benefit the customer. That time and effort comes at absolutely no cost to the customer, but can come at great cost to us as a business. Therefore, we only ask that our time be treated with the same dignity and respect that we give to others.
If you have no intention of using our service and only require an estimate for matters unrelated to our business, we will still do your estimate, but we rely on your integrity to be upfront and to disclose your intentions before we begin. That way we can give you a fair price for our time and still deliver the estimate that you seek. The price will vary as it is dependent on the extent of the estimate you require.
