We are interested in remodeling. Where do we start?
Start by calling H & N Custom Homes and scheduling a free in-home estimate. At this time the estimator can look at your unique situation and help figure out the best way to make your ideas a reality.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes we have a B license with the Somerdale Registrar of Contractors. This enables us to do unlimited residential contracting. We also have the required bonds and insurance.
Do you provide plans and permits?
Yes we can do the design work, engineering and provide the permit. We can also work with your plans.
Do you use sub-contractors?
Yes we use sub-contractors on the larger jobs for specific trades such as framing, roofing, drywall, etc. All of our in-house crews are “do it all” type crews. They are reserved for the smaller jobs and do the prep for subs on the larger jobs.
