We will always be on time. We will not leave you a mess at the end of a work day unless there are circumstances that you have agreed to in advance. We will continue to work on your job until it is finished. At the time you accept our written estimate for the work to be done we will require a signature of both spouses as required by law and a 10% cash or check deposit at that time. Any remaining balance due will be divided into weekly phases and is paid one week in advance of the work being done. Additional weekly payments are collected on Thursdays. The final payment due will not be collected until all the work has been completed to the customers satisfaction.
