When you first contact us, we will schedule a time for an on-site consultation. This is essentially a time for us to gather as much information as possible from you. Tell us all about your wishes, any and all ideas you have, and show us around. We will ask questions as well, to clarify the scope of the job and help determine if our services match your needs. It’s also important during this initial meeting to discuss your desired budget and timeline. Shortly after meeting with you, we will prepare a thorough price proposal for your review.
A successful remodel depends on the per-construction planning. If you decide that you would like to work with us, we will enter into a design agreement and collect an initial deposit. We have repeatedly found that focusing our time and energy into this phase greatly reduces the actual Construction time. We want you moved into your new kitchen as soon as possible! During the Design Phase, we will take exact measurements, and our preferred suppliers and specialists will assist you in making your design selections that fit within your predetermined budget. At the end of this phase, we will have chosen the layout, cabinetry, counter tops, flooring, faucets, paint colors, and lighting.
