This H & N Custom Homes kitchen-contractor Improvement project included major interior and exterior remodeling. H & N Custom Homes was hired as the remodeling contractor for this Scobeyville, NJ kitchen-contractor renovation.
This job involved removing a wall between the living room and kitchen and installing a power lamb to distribute the weight of the ceiling joists. The kitchen was relocated to a new kitchen-contractor addition on the back side of the house. H & N Custom Homes installed new Anderson casement kitchen window also replaced a window with a new Anderson twin french doors. The new kitchen-contractor configuration now offers access and a great view of to the back yard.
Installed new lifetime timberline shingles, removed two layers of the existing shingles down to the bare roof deck. Checked the roof deck for rotted plywood and structural integrity and re-nailed the sub structure. Installedd new gaf ice and water shield, installed new 15lb astm felt paper, installed new gaf pro starter strip. installrd new (pewter) GAF Timberline dimensional lifetime roof shingles.
