Recently finished addition we did in Brick, NJ. We added a new foundation, roof line, and exterior wall to add approximately 400 sq ft to this house. This addition was a master suite for the home owners. We added a split system unit for hvac purposes, that way they can have their own thermostat with a remote control. We installed all electrical outlets, lights, and fan light combo in bathroom. Full bathroom included tiled walls, floors, and custom cabinetry with granite top. Installed 2 1/4″ hardwood flooring throughout the addition, and installed a stained beam to give the room some character. Over the bed we installed a transom window which allows good sunlight through in the morning while also having privacy.
